I was thinking about grinding up a brisket with some bacon I cured (and cold smoked 8 hours) for some simple burgers. Git some onion rolls to put em in. Gets me on and off the grill quick so I can be a wild man.
Maybe we can set up a boat ramp to do some sweet jumps.

I can't leave NOLA until about 11 Sunday morning. But looking forward to seeing everyone shortly after noon.

Spring Hen and I are in 'countdown mode' now. We are finished packing, are loaded, gassed up and ready to pull out in about 15 minutes. I only drive the speed limit and there's hardly any mountains to climb between here and there, unless I take a serious wrong turn. We'll check in at our hotel first and see you guys late this afternoon.

Can't wait! I'm pretty much ready to go for the morning. Boat, truck gassed up, 60 pounds of ice. Life vests and safety equipment. Food mostly prepped. buzd504, fleurdelirious, nolabrew and his brother (and maybe gf) and red will be coming with us. We should be there between 11 and 12. Looks like it's not a no wake zone, so FULL SPEED AHEAD!!!
And we'll have a couple kegs of home brew. And Evans and Williams both will be attending with their cousin Zero.
