@20stone and @caliking came over to my crib after we locked down the site and prepped 6 pounds of beef cheek for barbacoa tomorrow for breakfast. We threw it in the sous vide for overnight cooking. Hooking up at the site at 9AM for breakfast.
Then comes cleanup. blah

1.5 gallons of Randy's gumbo and several packs of @nolaegghead home cured bacon safely through security in the Road Yeti (both to be shared with another Houstonian who shall remain nameless, but who failed to bring his own overpriced cooler bag and was nervous about taking half gallon unlabeled tubs full of a gelatinous material past the TSA).
