If your steak needs sauce, you screwed it up.

100% agreed @Botch , although I must admit I used to use it on steak a couple decades ago.  Try the HP on burgers, fried eggs, or even grilled cheese.  Good stuff.

Think of it as a pairing and not a need. Unless one really did screw up and the steak really does NEED a sauce.

I am shameful to admit, and I'm not as hardcore as most, but I love a dash of Pickapeppa on my steaks.  That smokey tomatoey raisiney fruity tongue tingling tanginess isn't all that bad.  Have even used it in mushrooms and ernyins for the steaks.

100% agree, a steak shouldn't need anything but ketchup.

Wait a minute! That sherry James and fly over country were really Nola??? Oh man! What a great elaborate scheme! Wow! That was both clever and oh so funny! Wow! Really had folks confused. I don’t know how he does it and keeps his own personality from shining through the troll accounts sooooo well. Bravo!

The ruse is keeping you dazed and confused, which is pretty much your standard state anyway.  And if if that means you think I'm some accounts that I'm not, it's a win in my book.  Hahaha.

Anne got this pork shoulder joint cheap at Tesco. It was held together with string, so I undid it to remove the skin and re-rolled it. Not entirely successful, a bit dry. It never probed quite right, I think that the rolled up smaller pieces don't work the same way as a single piece of meat. I've put some sauce on and it's OK for tomorrow's sandwiches, as intended.

I would suspect @SGH is getting close if not over his funding requirements for that Caribbean island plantation he has been scouting.  He has paid his dues and more especially figuring that the platform grocery supply list never has his favorite body part.
Hang in there @SGH freedom is just a 'copter ride away.
