Were you in Eagleview yesterday?  You should have stopped in for a steak. We finished off the dry age roast last night. Cooked two steaks for dinner and had the third for lunch. That could have been your dinner.

@NPHuskerFL That looks wonderful. I’m a big fan of NM cuisine as well. Nice job - I’m hungry now.

Managed to get RetroPie (https://retropie.org.uk/) running on the Asus Tinker Board. Finally got an Xbox One S controller to pair with it over Bluetooth. Loaded up the NES versions of Contra and TMNT. My 13 year old is shocked at the terrible graphics we thought were pretty good back in the day.

we have a crowd here that doesnt push the 4x4 button til theres atleast 6 inches on the ground, its really hard to understand
I'm in that camp, although there is no button.
And it's more like 10" when I reach for the shifter.

For me driving in the snow is a kin to riding dirt bikes in wet conditions. All about throttle and braking control. A steadier controlled hand or foot wins every time.

Thanks for looking.  Love NM cuisine. Always have. Always will.

I spoke too soon. My child is a gremlin. How does this even happen??

    Edit
@SciAggie I shamelessly stole this one from Pioneer Woman. Turnips in the stew instead of potatoes. Then mashed potatoes on the side. I don’t think I will go back to potatoes after tasting the difference in texture and horseradish like bite.

    @Sea2Ski
Man o man I certainly missed out. Actually the schedule was messed up, from the feet up. I had to do some meetings in DC Sunday and Monday. Tueday I was in the lab until around 9pm. Wednesday I had to be back in DC.
Thank you for your kind offer. I keep meaning to give you all a call when I am up in Exton, but my crazy work schedule seems to interfere, every time I am there.
I have a return trip scheduled the week of January 28-31, however, due to the task at hand, the schedule will be for early morning and late evenings.
We just acquired a company in California, and it is a time burner. Their R and D group needs to become integrated with ours. This, and the DoD is killing my "free" time.
I might be able to give you a call and hook up for a drink, but we will have to see what everybody has going on.
Thank you again for the kind offer.

Just happened to be on this building. A lot of buildings around town lease their roofs. Especially the ones needing money.

@DoubleEgger - I have no idea what you do professionally but commenting about leasing a roof does lead to some interesting thoughts.  Back to your lake-front home and BGE's.  ;)

Yep. Pricey, decent. I'm picky about steak. Cowboy ribeye was good.  The waiter looked at me funny when he asked how I wanted it prepared and I said finished temp 125.
    That’s awesome
