My free fresh egg supply took a critical hit.
Power line kept the tree off his garage.
The girls are safe and sound.
Really bummed for my brother, who put some hours in building that fortress over the Winter. A few dents and cracks give it character...

My first sous vide chuck roast. Seasoned and hot smoked at 359 then into the sous vide for 36 hours at 132 then seasoned and mopped while I got smoked it some more on the mini.
