@bgebrent I do something similar with leftover brisket, though I use butter and some type of sauce. Makes a fantastic sandwich. Onions are key!

Returned my third Ion Block Rocker to Sams today, they were great, replaced it with a Monster, and I paid the difference. Isolated issues with each Gen, glad I could move on to the Rockin Roller 3.
Great unit, could even link two together down the road.
Can see it at the campground, "Alright, hot dogs are ready by the truck, let's go." Hahaha
