Just sitting and watching the birds eat the insects after cutting the grass. Very relaxing. It is the same as watching a fish tank. But not..

I used to work for a Dutch company, and have spent a freaking ton of time in the Netherlands. Love it there. I love Amsterdam, and it is definately visual overload flying in to Schipol, in the spring when the tulip fields are in full bloom. The vibrant and brilliant colors are incredible. The Rijks museum, is an absolute must see as well as the Van Gough.kl8ton said:

Not my picture, but just got back from watching Klompen dancers at the tulip time festival in Holland. There are about 1,000 of them in wooden shoes.
Edit: there was a high concentration of Dutch people there.
Edit: if you ain't dutch, you ain't much!
Be sure to hit up the flower auction. Every flower sold internationally starts there. Many of the flowers you buy today, was at that auction yesterday. Incredible place. Very cool."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Recovering from a rough few days ... (Not the way I had intended )
Had 33 patients Saturday night and 20 Sunday ... Was supposed to finish at 8 am Monday ..Didn't leave work until 2 pm..
drove ve home ran 2-3 errands ... Played with my dogs (throwing marks)
then I was just about to lay down and take a nap when my old girl bloated .. (Life threatening emergency)
hauled ass to the local ER vs the one I work at (HR commute) .. They let me cut her .. Didn't have her recovered until 2 am Tuesday morning .
shes doing better , still not wanting to eat that much but I guess that's understandable
I'll post pics of her later.
it was a trying experience for me..much less her Not ready to let my girl go over something like that (that's fixable)... My dogs are my kids And this experience made me really appreciate my surgery team I have ... I appreciated then before but .. I have 3 teams I rotate with for surgeries, and let's just say I appreciate them
This is her last year
