    Mintery Knight at Green Tree, mint coffee stout, so awesome.

    They were out of the Canadian Breakfast, maple, pecan, coffee stout.
    Green Tree are Stout Studs.  20oz pints.

    6 hours into cooking pulled pork butts for enchiladas. Had some 3 weeks ago and just had to try them. Back one was dusted with Dizzy Pig and front one was marinaded in Maurice's Piggy Park sauce then dusted with Dizzy Pig.

    Too many acronyms - I thought it might have been Advanced Scientific Computing Advisory Committee.

    Had the word "science" and we know Trumpy and his basket aren't fans of "science".

    I just assume we will lose the superdupercomputer race to both China and India.

    In a hotel at the edge of the M in Minneapolis.  We ate Sunday at the Happy Gnome, Monday at Holyland Deli and the Butcher and Boar, and today at Pho 79 and Surly brewery.   Good stuff.  I love this city.  Too bad SWMBO hates the cold or I'd probably move to the home office.

    Still pouting over a $1,500 emergency vet payment. Baby copperhead popped my beagle on the nose. Sassy is doing fine though. The antivenin treatment fixed her right up.
