Earlier today returned from my every 8 week oil change with the Red Cross Blood Services. Down a pint right now-so all things should have an enhanced impact this evening. Never got this posted last night. Did a cook for the boys for tea with a spatchcock chicken, sausages, baked spuds and a piece of salmon for Will. We had a piece of beef for our dinner later, smoked then reverse seared.
