It has been a brutal spring. Very few suitable planting days this spring like maybe two back in April. It has been a struggle to get a good stand of anything growing. Last year was perfect, I suppose we are paying for that.  Yesterday I replanted and rotary hoed until the rain flew, smh.

It's very soft, but I guess a bit cool. I like it.

Yes, I think that’s what I was getting at in very vague terms. Not very warm and yellow, but instead blueish and cold.

That's the only way I have ever had eggplant.  Soaked in milk first.  This roasting them is a new experiment for me.

they are a winner, try the Chinese Eggplant they grill up great ( more narrow eggplant)

Trying to get better. I'm very resistant to learning creativity. Hope to spend a lot more time on it in retirement though. Someone should really start a "Photographers Corner" thread in the OT forum...

@dstearn is a pretty accomplished amateur photographer, he takes amazing macro photography photos.

Actually, I am perplexed by @alaskanassasin’s advice, as I have previously rotated photos (doesn’t this qualify as editing?) prior to posting - though not recently - and still ultimately had them displayed in the incorrect orientation. 🤷‍♂️ In case it makes any difference, I will mention that I am always on a mobile when posting here.

I am sorry, but I have worked really really hard perfecting this recipe.  I don't share it with anyone, not even my son.  If you spend 15 years practicing and trying, I bet you would be able to at least get close.
