Drinking my sorrows away at how bad my hockey team is.

Looking forward to binge eat some these to ease my pain.

Good looking cookies, but I figured you more of a donut type.

That is a picture of heaven to me, except it looks like you’re sharing.

That was a big pretzel. I'm not sure if I could have done it alone for a meal. Not that I'm opposed to trying.

Is that at Dave and Busters? I got one of those one time and cleared out about 3/4ths of it on my own. Won't ever attempt that again.

It was a local bar in St. Paul. We had no destination other than to grab a couple beers before the Wild game. We came across a sign that said large pretzels. My buddy is a pretzel guy so we stopped in. It was a big pretzel. They weren't joking around. What was cool is that they had different types of mustards to try and a really good queso dip to go along with it.

That pretzel looks like the Bavarian Beast. My Costco used to carry a 2-pack.

The stereotype is true, I love me a good donut. These cookies are a close second though.

PB&J is really good. But my favorite is the churro. That one on the bottom middle is a base layer churro in what was supposed to be Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The girls in the store weren’t on their game yesterday when tipping the cookies.

I just realized I may be raising a hoarder. I had to go into my youngest’s room this morning and it looks like a crackhead’s pocket contents. Random rocks, broken cell phones and colored pencils everywhere. Guess she will be cleaning when she gets home from school.

I have one of those.  He is 16 now.  I vividly remember helping out at his school one day when he was in 1st grade.  I was a chaperone for a field trip.  They were all walking single file down a sidewalk entering a building.  23 kids walked over some broken plastic thing on the ground.  My boy stops mid stride and picks it up, putting it in his pocket.  Ugh.....

No, he wasn't concerned about littering and looking for a way to dispose of it properly.  He loves him some broken cell phones too.

I must have some hoarder DNA in me, except that I throw actual crap away and my bar is higher than it having to be literal crap.

They will, and you will have to re-setup auto-pay and everything.  Hopefully the mail doesn't get lost so you get dinged for a late payment or something.  They will also probably mess up your insurance too.

the way the dates worked out theres no payment for march and april but i know there will be a late charge anyways for march.  my bank paid the flood ins in full that i already paid last month in full and i got that back this week. the new refinance put it in escrow anyways so thats already messed up......nothing is easy

That made me LOL.  I switched insurance in October.  My mortgage paid flood insurance to old company and new company.  They adjusted my payment saying my escrow was short.  I called and they said they fixed it.  I had autopay setup, but autopay was short about $50  because they adjusted my withholding.  The first notice I got was on the next bill saying I owed 2x plus late fee.  They put my "short" payment into an account and did not apply it at all.  So they had 99% of one payment in limbo and demanded another 2x.

Short version, I finally got my insurance reimbursement yesterday (March 22, when issue started in Oct 21), and they removed my late payment charge since they did not do what they said they would.  Luckily I kept notes, names, and reference numbers.  It almost seems like a racket.

While the above may be a racket, an underlying issue is people that don't give a $hit about what they do/ are responsible for.  Personal responsibility is a rare concept these days and getting more scarce.  Rant off.

its easier to sue the insurance broker than the bank or insurance company, ive had to let the broker in on that before.....they have insurance for that.  one broker cancelled the wrong policy on me once, this caused a 3 week gap. the bank bought me 3 weeks for 2200 bucks on a home insurance policy

We took out a mortgage with our local bank, 15yr. They said they will hold the note and not sell it, also no need for escrow we can just pay the taxes and insurance. I really like small banks and having that relationship, I was with BOA for 10 years and why? There is no upside to dealing with a mega bank with the exception of a more streamlined website.

Good eye, yes Master Bedrooms are no longer allowed to be called that, this is due to the master/slave connotation.
