Lol, more of a technique than recipe, at its basics, home made Adobo Sauce ( learn this and keep it in your hip pocket, it’s like learning mother sauces ) homemade beef stock onions cumin oregano garlic , roasted and fresh …beef ( I grind my own 3/4 die lean beef and pork fat )and smoked sausage with some heat ….that’s it, no cans of anything no tomato no beans ..the adobo is keyLegume said:Legume said:Visalia, Ca @lkapigian -

Made use of the unseasonably dry weather and both received rinse, TFR, wheels, rinse, snow foam, rinse, leather and...... a polish!
The bottle of Autoglym I found at the back of the shed was at least old enough to drive it's own car. I can't remember the last time I polished any car. It helps that one is tiny and the other has no roof.
