I put two small campari tomatoes, two heads of garlic, half a stick of butter, some olive oil, garlic and onion powder, sea salt and a dash of msg in the blender, spread it on a pie, cooked at 550F for about 6 minutes, put the romano on, cooked another few minutes. Delicious.

Spatchcock chicken, potatoes, carrots, and roasted squash.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Compared to the above no chance-but I did get a good Mother Nature body wash in the thunder storm rolling thru at the close of the stick burner cook.
Beef back, pork baby backs and St Louis.
Crunch time-bark. Tasted way better than it looks.
And the not so great $$ shot as I was slicing and they were gone. Beef backs in the middle-my favorite.
