Skin on chicken breasts with jerk seasoning and lamb koftas. Crisped up the skin before adding the jerk paste to finish and they were very good.

@fishlessman I have a few respirators and cartridges left over from some car painting and closing out old labs.  They are the shiznick, but I'm not sure how "non regulation" PPE would be accepted....plus looking like a WWI trench fighter

Good substitution. I never cared for oatmeal raisin. Something about dehydrated fruit that’s been rehydrated. For this reason, I’ve never been a fan of Moroccan cuisine.

My wife is the same way. She says its just "old fruit".

Sounds like we’d get along. 

Funny thing is, I’m not a picky eater. I’ll literally eat anything (even Moroccan, if served to me). It’s just one of the few things I’m not keen on.

A vendor gave my wife a frozen smoked turkey. It’s been in the freezer for a year. We had frozen giblet dressing leftover from Thanksgiving. All we had to make was some gravy and mashed potatoes. 

We decided to eat on our good china because, why not?

We have each other. We are safe. We still have jobs. We have much to be thankful for.
