Ate some Pop Tarts, woke the dog up, and took him for a two mile walk while it was still cool. Lunch will be left overs.

I’ve never heard of leftover pop tarts, couldn’t have imagined they exist.

Taking Rose on her 5K. Only way I can justify eating like I have been while quarantined.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

It's been a minute since the last time I've done ribs. I tossed them in the warming cabinet of the smoker. Wings going in a little later.

The salad was the star for sure. I suck at cooking salmon. Here’s the recipe:

That’s some funny $hit right there. I used to have a rooster that would jump up in the truck with me every time I tried to go somewhere.
