You're going to sear that beautiful dry aged beef over high heat. The high heat is going to dry your drooling face therefore requiring the lotion. The tissue is to catch the drool.

Just ate a ham cheesebuger. Burger smoked over hickory with slices of ham warmed and cheese melted on then homemade bread toasted with mayo and BBQ sauce. Ready to veg now.

Out of boredom, threw on a pork butt. We don't have any in the fridge and I'm not working till the 4th.
More floods due tonight, hope the temp holds.

I was wanting to fire up a cooker of some sort today, considering temps were around 70*, doubt we'll see that again until spring. Anyway, I didn't, just made some brisket nachos in the oven. Our fridge is full of food from the last few days, I'm not allowed to cook unless it's using up leftovers.
I did clean up the two eggs and Hasty Bake before it started raining again. Watched a bunch of football, weird Sunday for sure. Now watching football and drinking beer and browsing the forum.They/Them
