Since I'm pretty much drunk, it's good my kids are old enough to not want stuff with a Brazilian pieces to assemble. However, I miss those days.

We got new living room furniture for Christmas so I put the old couch in the garage for now. Got the ham on and sweet potatoes and getting drunk in the garage. This is the way to cook.

Thanks guys. I made too much food considering it's just the wife and I and she is vegan but oh well. She said the smoke on the apple pies was really good and maybe the best apple pie she has ever had. Inate 4 and am only getting up from here on out to make drinks. Merry Christmas everyone.

@Lit, how do you like the parsnips? Had some at a Italian place with a braised rib dish. A little different, but not bad. Any tips, or just roast em and go.

Really like parsnips. They get sweet when roasted. Either need to boil them a little first or put a little water in the pan and cover them for awhile first then just roast. We also like to boil potatoes and parsnips then roast under a chicken then make mashed potatoes/parsnips.pgprescott said:@Lit, how do you like the parsnips?
