Found these at the Commissary Thursday after work, hadn't noticed them before:

...and some potato rolls to go with, made green chile cheeseburgers today.

Disappointed.  I got them grilled just pink, but they were tough and over-salty (I see now the package says "Smokehouse Seasoned" so they must've been pre-salted).  Also, the buns were completely dried out, just bought them Thursday.
Will have to pick up fresh buns before I cook the remaining two patties, with NO more salt....
I was surprised to read your thoughts because it looks damn good from where I’m sitting.

Moved garage stuff today. Stashing some of the more valuables in my parents garage. My Dad looked like a kid on Christmas morning. Eggs, coolers, a griddle, is that a pizza oven? Oh man, a riding mower!

    We'll see what I get back...lol

I know the feeling. Half my garage crap is in my parents right now till the house gets complete. Luckily they have too much as is so I’ll get all my crap back and probably more.

That's what electric drive will do for power transmission to the wheels.
Too bad you won't hear the engine roar-just the tires leaving themselves attached to the asphalt.

@SGH Can't ever say I drank it as the one time it was offered to me in a punch resulted in me immediately spitting it out.  I just need a strong, food safe astringent.   Although I'll have to figure out what to do with the remainder.  I heard mixing it with maltodextrin gets interesting, lol.

@smokingal Scrolling down I thought you decided to go off the deep end with your first pic.  All is well.  That is quite a combustion source for lighting your BGE or anything else if so inclined downstream.  And I have no clue about maltodextrin and how to maximize the return.
But if a food project then it will turn out epic, for sure.

Made another green chile cheeseburger today with my Ballpark "brisket burger" purchase.  Didn't salt, and sure enough the patties each contain 19% of the FDA's daily recommendation for sodium.  Tasted a lot better, although still not quite as good as plain ol' ground beef.
Also, when I went to toss the remaining potato rolls, I noticed they were completely soft in the package, and today's burger the bun was fine.  Is there something about potato rolls, that they dry out very quickly when being toasted?

@lousubcap If by 'going off the deep end for my first pic' you mean the first pic for my A5 Wagyu brisket, then yes, it is.  It's not off the deep end though.  Well, not quite.  I just need to keep things sterile since I have to handle the meat more directly than I typically would for what I have planned.

@Botch Yes, I have noticed that potato rolls get a little more dry than regular ones.  Have you tried steaming them before toasting?  Worked wonders for the potato rolls I used for NHDD.
