Got a hair in my Jesus Chicken today. They refused to give me my money back too only offering to replace the nuggets. No thanks. Between the multiple C food ratings I’ve seen and this hair, Chick Fil A has gone to crap. More focused on store expansion than quality.

Came home and had a package on the front porch. Opened it up and what do you know. 2 fine, fresh, new pair of backless overalls.

Busy day on the camper today. Replaced a faulty ignition switch, put new backlights in the dash, adjusted the draughty front vents, cleaned up the indicator assembly so it self cancels and replaced the guides / rollers on the slider (apart from the bottom rollers as the repro parts were utter sh1te).

Lots of jobs still to do. No show stoppers, but just stuff that wears out / stops working on a 47 year old van.
So, about a '72?  I owned a '77 in Albuquerque NM from 1988 to 1992, loved that thing!  I only sold it because a working heater would've been nice when the Air Force transferred me to Grand Forks, North Dakota (never got above -20F, for ten weeks, one winter!)  Thanks for the memory jog!   :)

To be honest, I really don’t know. In the 33 years that we have been together, I don’t ever remember her saying anything positive or negative either way.

crepe batter is 1.25 cups milk, 1 cup flour, 2 eggs, pinch of salt, tbsp of melted butter and a bit of honey.  blend for 20 seconds.

You ought to break that thing out more that every couple of years! - great looking meal @nolaegghead

Curious, what does the citric acid do?  Is that to prevent browning, or to add flavor?

I make german pancakes - similar to crepes.  Last time I rolled a few up around a slice of bacon and then topped with maple syrup.  I'd recommend it.
