I tried some of my sugar cured, cold smoked beef bacon (pine smoked black tea, garlic, onion, pepper) today and forgot about the caffeine rush from the black tea. Should have only eaten a couple slices cause I'm trippin' over here.
It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".

I cooked the leg quarters the other day. It’s just two of us so I can get two fresh meals out of a yardbird. Too much was being wasted beforehand and these Publix Greenwise chickens run $2.99/lb.pgprescott said:
