Headed back to Dallas tomorrow morning. You know, for as many toll roads in the area, you'd think they'd have immaculate road conditions. We hit a pothole in Irving that I thought was going to total our rental car. The whole area's roads looks like an earthquake tore through there. The BBQ makes up for it though.South of Nashville - BGE XL - Alfresco 42" ALXE - Alfresco Versa Burner - Sunbeam Microwave

That's what we get for having a booming local economy and too many people moving here. Road congestion and infrastructure repairs constantly. They are probably not going to get to that pot hole for 5 years.Rockwall, Tx LBGE, Minimax, 22" Blackstone, Pizza Party Bollore. Cast Iron Hoarder.

Atomic Pumpkin is the only beer in recent memory that I've had trouble giving away. I let a neighbor (who is in a "special" part of the army) and after drinking one he went home and brought back a PBR. I really like the Citradelic, Voodoo Ranger and Fuzzy Haze. We'll be going to Asheville in a week or three and I want to take the New Belgium tour.

I've worked on the Space Shuttle boosters for 2 years and ICBMs for about 12, but have yet to see a big bird fly (seen a few static firings at Thiokol).SpaceX posted a few pix a few hours after the launch including this long exposure one in which you can see the first stage doing its initial burn on descent. Unfortunately it doesn't appear to have caught the final landing burn (tho it may have just been too close to the launch burn to resolve separately) but the second pix shows both the launch and landing burn trails. These SpaceX twilight launches are pretty dramatic with the way the sun lights up the "chemtrails".I really do need to plan a trip around one of their twilight launches and land landings!“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. I saw when they landed two of the three stage one Rockets for the Falcon Heavy over in Cape Canaveral. The third was on their docking ship in the Atlantic.=======================================
