You know you’re from the South when you’re eating gizzards for breakfast.
  • @JohnInCarolina amazing breakfast.  What's on those tots?
Pimento cheese spread.  It was all delicious.

I'm from the South but you won't catch this cracker eating a gizzard any time of the day.  No Sir.

I guess that’s why there’s a lot of hot sauce.
    Love you bro!

Made a roast in the oven today.  Probably the best roast I've done to date.  The new Le Creuset was a joy.

    Wrong forum little buddy.
    No, you're wrong.

@thetrim came into NOLA this afternoon, trekked towards my crib from his fancy business district hotel, via the ferry.  Nearly soaked, but not quite, I picked him up from the ferry and drove the last 8 blocks to my crib where we watched history made, as Drew Brees broke the all time NFL passing yards record.

Steve is a classy guy in my book (as long as you don't talk politics...hahaha...and we didn't).  Great conversation and passed a great evening.  I can embrace folks over the isle, as he, and I urge everyone to do so to make this country more civil.

Brisket camp a week from next Sat!  Geaux Saints!!!
Thanks so much for the invite.   We’ve met a few times before, but it was great to get some Alone time w you and Bridget.

Great people, awesome crib, and a kick ass Saints performance made for a great night!

and y’all didn’t even mind my „Kavanaugh is my homie“ t-Shirt!

I hate that I’m missing out on BC-V, because I know it’s gonna be another kick ass event!

Have fun, and everyone that has a chance needs to dump the excuses and make their way to the Big Easy late this month!

Well, we finally made it out of DFW airport after a 5 hour delay to our final destination. Upon landing, my wife fulfilled a goal set years ago to see all 50 states by her 50th birthday. We landed in Albuquerque  NM. A lot of miles traveled and a lot of great times. We love our country and now we can say we have seen a lot of it!

Since she she reached her goal, I figured I should get her a gift.  I settled on this simple T-shirt and congratulations card.

Awesome Mark and Valerie! Now you have time to cut wood and stack rock.

@Sea2Ski that's a really cool accomplishment. Very few people can say they've done that. Congrats.
