What a sh*tstorm at work today.   Data warehouse replication system took a huge stinkin' dump, finally got everything back to normal, so I'm OFF!!!

Don't mean to sound arrogant, but days like today remind me of what a badass I am.  I always forget.

Seriously dreading all the yard and outdoor carpentry work I have to do this weekend, in the heat, in between rain showers and cheering myself up by purchasing more meat for which I have no freezer room.  :|

Sea2Ski said:Anyone into woodworking want to give me any tips here? I am Interested in making a live edge table, and a coffee table.  Feel free to pm me.
@Sea2Ski, was this tree felled in someone's yard, or in the woods?  Most sawyers won't touch a "domestic" tree, as there's probably nails, staples etc in it, ruining blades.
I am totally jealous, I would love to build a live edge table (I do have a small hall table built kinda to that esthetic) but my woodshop is too small to even pull in a plank that size.  Anxious to see what you come up with!

I love the fact that it provides me with an extra workout for the day, but it is quite tedious and seemingly never ending.  Add in the heat and inability to cool down during the summer and it just sucks.  I suppose it wouldn't be so bad if I maintained it at the recommended intervals.  My bushes are taller than me now, so trimming them should be fun.  I don't drink when outside in the heat or while using 'heavy machinery'.  I like not being dehydrated and really like having 10 fingers, lol.
