Ohh well I was going to make dip for family cookout tomorrow but I should probably just keep it just to be safe. I thought maybe the salt brine gave me a element of safety

@dmw if you were really lazy you’d just cube up that tuna and serve with wasabi and soy.  Or, I would have. Lazy or not
I didn't say I was lazy, I said I was a wimp. It's friggin' hot out there in the sun. Not that your idea is a bad idea, but the rest of the family would have frowned. You see, they are not fully trained yet.
It was too many words.  No work tomorrow, so one eyed reading.

No work here either, but I should go put that brisket on here soon.

Sukiyabashi Jiro, Tokyo, Japan ages their raw fish, which is counterintuitive to how we view seafood safety.   I would try some.  For the taste.  If you are sick in the morning, maybe serve them something else.

It's on. It is so on.

I'm really weirding out here. Fat side up and no temp controller.

Might as well throw it in the trash now.  That will never work.

Put one of those detergent disks in the tank of your commode.  It’ll turn that water even more blue.

When I opened this morning, only half of the picture came up. I could only the the sky. I was in mid-sentence of a response that Ron was obviously into the wine a bit. Just as I was about to finish the full picture populated. Had to back that one up.
