    @NPHuskerFL - I have managed it in the past but it has been a while and I likely failed to acknowledge the divorce  ;)  This was a challenge and somehow I got lucky-I'm sure I will hose up the next attempt but thanks.

    @YukonRon - Like you I pretty much had written off the Costco briskets given my recent track record but SWMBO (well-trained) grabbed this one a few weeks ago.  It did not disappoint especially since we can't get the Costco SRF brisket road show here.
    Enjoy your 6th decade lap of the sun recognition tour out West.  Your itinerary sounds like a great adventure interspersed with some exceptional wining and dining.  Above all, have fun as I know you and Suzy will.
