Ribs turned out excellent. A little broccoli and asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper to top it off. Not bad on the ribs for the first time.
Happy Memorial day! It's the cow that drives the meat!!

So this has been the first year that my daughter has ridden a bus to school. It picks he up right outside the house, and every morning our old dog watches her out the front door. When she gets on the bus and it drives away, the dog curls back up on her bed.

drinking Artezin Zinfandel from CostcoNope - one for Saint Sandy and one for Princess Jenn (youngest daughter) and one for the cook. They loved the lamb and crust - mushrooms were influenced by some I ate at Hiawassee and they cleaned their plates - any idea who fixed some there? This would be wasted on @The@The_Stache and @Killit_and_Grillit I didn't want no skunk odor in the new house. So far really liking this thing.Near Music City in the Boro

Too fancy for me @Possumtrot. (Besides I had enough goat overseas, it may have been wasted on my palate)
Last night we went to my dads for dinner.
His neighbor was lighting his grill with briquettes and lighter fluid.
My 4 year old looked up and said “daddy something smells very not good over there”
It was a proud moment."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

@fishlessman - clearly you have incredible patience (obviously from your forum name) to work that undertaking for the duration. Congrats on crossing the finish-line. Hopefully you don't have to go thru this experience again anytime soon.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Btw, every single time we go to buy a vehicle I have to have a discussion with my wife about why I will not look at RRs. I have fully expected her to just come home with one. Your experience gives me hope she never will. Past 2hrs she gets annoyed and will leave.
P.S. hopefully you have a wonderful issue free ownership experience.Maybe your purpose in life is only to serve as an example for others? - LPL

Finishing up the holiday weekend here. Worked out good I was on overnights these past 4 days. Didnt have to make any extra trips to check on him (1 hr commute each way). Clients were extra unpleasant this weekend. But my main priority was glad to get to come home. He's still not 100% but feeling better
Once I got him squared away , "Grandma" came and gave him a warm bland brunch (lean ground beef, brown rice and pumpkin).
Tried to unwind by working on my 73 scout...its got more going on than I can tackle in a quick afternoon
So showered and now laying on the couch with my buddy. He's pretty exhausted..a lot of commotion this weekend so he didnt get much true rest.
