On a whim my wife brought home some Taco Bell. I already had the egg burning down some oak and sassafras for tonight's cook so I thought why not. First the prep. Thought I would keep it simple so I just removed the wrapper. Nothing added just oak and sassafras for smoke. For the cook I went indirect with the plate setter…
