Had a zoom call happy hour with the team I used to manage. I was drinking Chattanooga 111 for those 2 pours. Now I’m having a pour of the FAE-01. Cheers to all tonight and a wonderful weekend.

Last night, neighbors Christmas party. Eagle Rare and eggnog, Blanton’s Gold, 4 🌹 single barrel OBSK, Michter’s Bourbon and a conclusion pour of Willet purple top Bourbon. All while awaiting the arrival of the puppy. I was primed at 1:30 this morning

Yup it's sweet dessert wine, made from grapes harvested when frozen. FWIW the sweet glutinous rice wine my late mother made tastes somewhat similar.
I'm sure @GrateEggspectations and @paqman know more.

Ice wine is delicious and sweet. I haven’t had that brand but agree on Inniskillen. You should freeze the bottle for awhile and serve it ice cold. Share a pic and your thoughts when you crack it.dmchicago said:
