    Yuengling Flight is a produced beer and that is the cup I was consuming from.

    @lousubcap a buddy owns a bar and I buy most of my bourbon thru him which then allows me to get some access to the good stuff. That is how I was able to do my bourbon Advent calendar  last year.

    @BUFFALOMOOSE thanks for the info.  And I certainly remember your labour (nod) and samples in those calendars.  I hold that gift in the pantheon of any I have ever seen and definitely beyond any I have enjoyed.

    for a quad ipa  at that percent it was pretty mellow and smooth without the overload of bitterness i was expecting. i dont pick out the beer anymore,  theres too many to choose from, the girl at the counter picks them out.  i probably would never of picked this one

    MLB set themselves up for that.   Look at how they now have ear wigs for pitchers.  

    I caught for many many years and my constant fear was that someone would steal our call/pitch, it was just too easy to do.   

    No other sport has such an insecure way of calling plays.  

    To @ColbyLang point, it was a competitive advantage and every team does or tries to get there.

    I get seeking the competitive advantage but the 2017 Astros were totally caught beyond the acceptable margins of the game.
    MLB lost a lot of credibility when they didn't vacate their World Series win.  A big mistake legacy-wise but in today's day and age, don't unnecessarily make moves that will further the headlines.  Ride it out til the next crisis knocks you off the front page.  I'm still pi$$ed about that deal.  FWIW-

    Cap, I fully understand your point.   They were caught and busted for that (and heads rolled), however this is their 6th straight year to be in the ALCS which begs the question:   Is it the year they cheated or their overall talent that makes them good year after year?   

    The team has much talent, I can’t speak to the other side of things.

    If you aren’t cheating, you’re not trying hard enough.  I’ve heard coaches say this and heard players repeat it.  The difference is that’s all little things on the field, nothing systemic or including players in the dugout.  What the Astros did crosses way too many lines.
