LOL...so the fact that I have egged twice as a "hired gun" for two different multi-millionaires makes me a one or two time personal chef?

That cheese guy about killed me from laughing so hard. You should watch his “cutting a pizza into 10 slices” video or the “cutting a pizza with scissors” one. We are in the presence of the master himself.

I like him, he has a self depreciating sense of humor, which is extremely rare for chefs. Spent 25 years a vendor to the hospitality industry. The amount of drama and douchebaggery is directly proportionate to the number of flowered chefs pants and clogs in the kitchen. Guy seems like a person who is not too full of himself, unlike a Bobby Clay or Gordon Ramsey.
I like Gordon Ramsay.  He owns his angry condescending British attitude.

I think I'd rather be stuck in an elevator with Guy than that idiot Ramsey.

I wouldn't mind being stuck in an elevator with either.....or Bourdain for that matter.  I can get along with just about anyone though.

Well, I watched "Grill Dads" on Food Network yesterday. It is  the same show premise as DDD with the two guys being WAY more annoying that Guy ever has been. Totally unwatchable. Food Network is going down hill fast.
