Looking at the little packet of glaze mix that comes with the ham, I decided to add a 3 shots of bourbon and called it good.

    And it turned out Good
I also repurpose the provided packet with an additional 1/2 cup of honey, 1 teaspoon of allspice, 1/4 cup of pecan praline Canadian whiskey, and 1/4 cup of captain morgans spiced rum...

turns those pre-sliced store-bought hams into everything honey baked wishes is could be,,,

    Towle Old Master?
No sir, a knock off Oneida pattern that my wife received for Mothers Day (from me and the kids) about 6-7 years ago. We often entertain so I got her 20- 5 piece settings plus the serving accoutrements
It is a very close resemblance to Old Master, our sterling pattern for over 50years.   I’m sure your wife was ecstatic to receive such a thoughtful gift. Your culinary creations are worthy of an equally exceptional table setting.

Sunday dinner.   There were a few beef ribs not pictured.  I gave them to my neighbors kid for waxing my car  =)

Damn, you’re eating healthy these days. Love it. Apologies if I’ve missed it, but have you cut out red meat (or just reduced consumption of all meats in general)? Your cooks are looking great.

That part was obvious. He shed 115-160lbs, give or take (shot in the dark here). Given she’s an ex, let’s call it an even 230.

I've bought these tri-tips for a long time, I guess I missed the part about "untrimmed" today. ~1/3 of the meat was fat. I was a little upset about that.

Making me wonder if I should have inspected the two tri-tips I recently sent to the freezer more closely.

I have bought a lot of them from the local grocer before and they have never been untrimmed. When I pulled them it out to get ready I saw a fat cap the resembled a brisket. I was a little upset. I guess that I will have to back to Costco

Just turned a rotisserie chicken carcass into chicken noodle and vegetable soup. After I did my parents grocery shopping for them. Doesn’t really merit a picture, maybe if I had made dumplings.

Spatchcock. Lemon, garlic, butter, olive oil, S&P and neighbour’s fresh chives.

    That's a great looking bird!

Spatchcock chicken also! Time poor this weekend so I bought a pre marinated one. The BGE makes chicken so tender! Lunch sorted for the next couple of days.

At my parents cooking for them. Sloppy Joe casserole. 1.5 lbs hamburger, drained and with a can of sloppy Joe sauce mixed in, placed in a 9 by 13 dish with 2 cups of cheddar on top. 2 cups Bisquit with 2 eggs beaten in and a cup of milk. Into the oven for 25 minutes at 400F.

@JohnInCarolina interesting in rolling direct.  Healthy fire there.  Temp for the cook?

These were sous-vide ribs.  I just finished them on the BGE to add some char.
