A very efficient meat slicer.  OSHA approved?  Wouldn't want to clean it.

I have some friends that are going to a Bananas game. Apparently you enter a lottery system in order to get a chance to buy tickets.

Yeah, they had it here. I put in for the lottery to buy some and didn’t hear anything so I got paid to go. It wasn’t even the Bananas here. But, the tickets are only $35 if you buy direct.

So, this leads to what I think is a very good question:

If the supply and demand for an event are such that ticket prices will be high - is it better for intermediaries like StubHub to make a lot of money - or for the actual entertainers/owners of the entertainment to make a lot of money?

The Bananas have put together a product that makes people want to pay $300+ for a ticket.  Why shouldn't they get the money?  Why do they only charge $35 and let the StubHubs of the world get the difference?

Ditto for FIFA, NBA teams/players, etc?

It's Friday on the East Coast, so I'm posting this here.

If you can't succinctly make your Musical Statement in less than 90 seconds, then sit down and shut up!   😁

100 degree weather is here. Played a round of golf with the boys today and it got warm at the end. Now I’m spent.

Adult beverage hydrating throughout the event would have been an enhancer!
    Happy Friday!

Adult beverage hydrating in 100º heat, whether arid or wretchedly humid, is a sure path to a debilitating migraine, at least in my past experience.
Guess I'm getting old; my favorite refreshment after mowing the lawn in high arid heat is a cupful of frozen purple grapes, washed down with iced tea.

Pedestrian Friday although a good friend just had a meet and beer 🍺birthday 🎂celebration that wrapped up a bit ago.  Good times.
Used to be " Nothing good happens after midnight" now days 9-10 PM is the outer limit for us with more cumulative laps of the sun.
Happy Friday and enjoy the weekend!

Nothing seals off this "week" thing you guys talk about, like some Porch Pirate Paybacks!

EDIT:  And now the Al Gore Rhythm is filling up my EweTube with porch pirate poking; and I haven't had this much fun on a Friday since I quit dating!

    Some observations:
    -  90+% of porch pirates (PP) are obese
    -  The packages with slightly longer det times, so the packages go off inside the thief's car, are Primo!
    -  An Amish guy who ends up spooking his horse, and buggy, thru a barbed wire fence, YESSS!!!
    -  Calling the cops, just What Level Stupid are you?!?!?
    -  Calling your own HOA, where both you and your victim are members, just What Level Stupid Squared are you?!?!?

It’s really nice to see a positive story in the face of a steady stream of doom and gloom about Trump, Iran, etc.

Guess you could call this, a breath of fresh air.
