@kl8ton, my egg cooker has ETA May1-4.

Agree with @Legume, air fryer operates at high temp so plastic smell is not surprising.

We had three separate Love Birds die. We believe it was linked to an air fryer. I threw it out.

Yes, we cooked 4 eggs that were roughly 48hrs old, poked two and left the other two whole. All 4 peeled with ease.

Been using mine for a couple of years now and I am still alive. You have to be super careful with the non-stick coating, super easy to scratch. I coat the sides and bottom with butter or flour before adding the dough, not needed if you do a tangzong bread dough.

That pan is probably coated with the same material my 10,000 commercial pans are. It will last forever as long as you use soft instruments to remove the loaf. Nothing wrong with using food grade mineral oil (or butter) as a lubricant. Don’t run it thru the dishwasher and don’t use a scouring pad or anything abrasive on it. Mine get acid dipped and re-glazed twice a year. Zero cleaning in between.

Thanks for sharing @ColbyLang, I was hoping you would chime in. I have been using drug store laxative grade mineral oil to season cutting boards, guess I can use it for the pan too 🤣

Removed the USA Pan packaging, lo and behold, the lid has a scratch on the underside and a small dent under the label. Product description page says eligible for return/refund but automated return process says otherwise, had to jump through hoops to get it settled. Yup, Proudly Made in the USA.

probably dented by an angry canadian as it came thru customs

had some stuff sent to china once and they took it out back and shot it after it sat there for 6 months .........
