yep, good eye, Dexter-Russell. S160-16 food safe pizza knife. Only one that does not fit into the knife drawer we have. The other game changer is the Epicure 14" round cutting board you can see under the pies. I was cutting too much into my wooden split so I got the round Epicure and now cut and serve on that with a roundabout in the center of the table.

Watch out for the Epicurean stuff. It’s really rough on your knives.

Had to scroll through several pages of discussion before finding this thread. How did it get so buried?
White wine-braised chicken with olives, artichokes lemon, orzo, feta and dill. Pretty great, one-pot, briny, lemony dish that makes for a manageable weeknight meal. Had most of the ingredients on hand and at the ready. Second time making it and will definitely make again. Batched the ingredients in stages to make for an organized, low-stress cook.

Smoked a pork butt overnight, peach smoke. Put half of it in the freezer, diced the rest and made green chile stew. Didn't know we had a storm blowing in this morning, perfect dish for a cold rainy day.

Hope you are well, friend. Don’t tell me your Egging neighbour moved(?). Regardless, way to welcome the new folks! Had to look up the pie. Apparently, Pennsylvania Dutch origins. -

@JohnInCarolina - the rosemary would lead to lamb but the proscuitto wrap leads to pork. So, given the shape I'm guessing a stuffed pork tenderloin. And the answer is??Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
