    Saw this in the Salt Lake Tribune this morning, which surprised the hell out of me and gave me a bit of hope:  https://www.sltrib.com/news/politics/2024/10/23/kamala-harris-outrasing-donald/  She has been collecting more than twice as much as cheeto.  In Utah!   :o

    Campaign donations are a way for Utah Democrats “wanting to be in the game” to feel like they had an impact, even if they know their votes won’t matter

    At this stage of the game, no one is gonna change anybody's mind.  Every voter has their own criteria, some of the reasonings much more bizarre than others. In the end game the best we should hope for is divided government (at every election) to keep the pendulum for swinging too far from center.  
    Meanwhile, fasten your seat belt as this is gonna be one he!! of a ride.  
    In closing, CHEETO makes Nixon look like a saint.   B)

    it really doesnt matter for me, massachusetts has harris up by something like 28 percent. a vote for either really doesnt mean much here. the people here voted out income tax  one year, the state then proceeded to raise it......so theres really no reason to go out and vote on the questions either. my write in ballot goes out tomorrow, might as well use it to light the egg but.......somebody will have to count it, or just round file it

    theres 6 choices for prez on my ballot, who woulda thought =)

    i think there are plenty of people that are still sorting out if they would vote along the lines of “harris for president then vote republican down the ticket”.  avoid disaster and not give away too much. 

    ideally no one should vote for a republican that is a denier, maga, project 2025 etc . but their allegiance can sway like a barn door in a kansas windstorm. 

    glad to see Schwarzenegger endorse Harris.

    did not see an elaboration on the faked moon landing conspiracy in the Buzz Aldrin endorsement of Trump.  what is he hiding?  kidding

    I'm confused now.  I would've thought the choices for Federal Office would be identical on all ballots, but they're not.  When I filled mine out there was a guy called "Lucifer "Justin Case" Everylove" on my ballot.  I didn't take a pic of it, just now did a google search for the UT ballot and came up with this pic:
     

     
    But, Hell, THIS isn't what my ballot showed either!  Mine had Cheeto listed at the top, and Harris/Walz was like #6 or #7 down the list!  
    Are ballots designed by County, or congressional district, or what?!?
