Poor people food tonight . Smoked chicken and some hopping john .Best barbecue chicken I've ever made .First time I've ever done competition style chicken thighs.took me maybe 30 minutes to debone and remove skin on 10 piece. Even did a experiment and on half on them and put the skin on inside out. In my opinion the was more bite through. Only thing would have made them even better seasoning wise and more bite through skin is dry brine overnight.

pappardelle bolognese . I used Kenji Lopez recipe. A traditional bolognese is more of a meat sauce and less on the tomato sauce. in this one the only tomato is from some paste. It was good and I'll be making it this way again.

Just stop already. The chix looked superb, but if there was ever a pic that made me want to eat my screen, it’s this one. Outstanding.texaswig said:pappardelle bolognese . I used Kenji Lopez recipe. SWMBO threw together some board goodies on the ottoman and made sure to include popcorn chicken and goldfish for the kiddos (and dad). Mickey Mouse Clubhouse was the show of choice. And I never get a Dr. Pepper to myself without having to share it, regardless if the kids already have juice boxes.

@Dyal_SC that's perfect. I bet the boys loved it.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun
