When I worked at Harvey's in high school they were serving Church's chicken! Not sure if it was the same as Caliking mentions but there were very specific instructions and equipment to making this fried chicken. Another item that came on the Church's chicken menu that was foreign to us was "fried okra".
It was very good fried chicken and I often traded what was left for a pizza from the Dominoes pizza joint next door at the end of the night.

Churches is good if you bring it home, put it in the fridge and let it sit overnight then eat it cold.Love you bro!

Just from memory I can tell you that the biscuit realm at Bojangles has a bacon biscuit (add pimento cheese), country fried steak biscuit, grilled pork chop biscuit, and a gravy biscuit that if you say “sausage gravy biscuit” (and sound like you are worthy of it) a sausage patty will be topping the gravy. There are also sides aplenty like mac and cheese and tater rounds with a hint of onion.
If I were not so numb to fake news after years of American idiocy, I would be alarmed, saddened and outraged at the preceding posts. Nevertheless: Buck up, cowboys, there’s a world out there and it’s your duty to participate. -

Cooking for dinner and leftovers. The costco slab o’ salmon (no skin) pieced and dropped in a honey soy 15 minute marinade. Around 400 and direct way up high keeps it easy for the spatula or tongs. Plated (no pic) with rice and a veggie toss of cabbage, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, onions, garlic.

@Buckwoody Egger - I would be on that like flies on ----. Great cook.

Alder Plank Salmon - butter/maple glaze. On the BGE my salmon always seems to get dry by the time IT is over 120, it was just ok . . Honestly, pan sear in the house is my fav.Columbus, OH

@NDG - what temp you cooking it at on the BGE? I get great results with a hot smoke (around 250*F on the dome) and pull in the 135-140*F range. FWIW-
