@Ozzie_Isaac - Great that your daughter is "all in" with not only the care, feeding, training and riding your stable in competitions but wants to take over the business downstream. Better to be lucky than good right there.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. I found that owning and alternating on a run basis (generally daily for me) two like pairs of running shoes did wonders for their life extension. Since I started “running” I find myself buying shoes regularly. On Thanksgiving day ran a 5k (lots of hills) in 30min. Thank you, what is even better is she likes to spend time with me while she does it. That is worth more than anything. Hard to find something in common with a 15 year old.lousubcap said:@Ozzie_Isaac - Great that your daughter is "all in" with not only the care, feeding, training and riding your stable in competitions but wants to take over the business downstream. That’s gonna be wonderful. My SIL did his 308 just like yours specifically for swine. He’s out at the lease now.Next on my list is an ATN also mounted on a 6.5 Grendel for hogs and yotesLBGE, 28” BS, Weber Kettle, HCI 7.8 SE Texas

This one deserves some more discussion. Congrats on the good day and.the nice score.GrateEggspectations said:There are good days, and then there are $400-off-your-bidet-purchase and come-home-to-a-beer-delivery kind of days. Not sure if I’ll ultimately keep the bidet, but after reading some of the glowing reviews on this site (looking at you, Dennis), it was hard not to pick one up, considering we’ll be renovating two of our bathrooms next month. A stranger in the parking lot even proactively stopped to help me load it into the car, thereby saving my wife’s back. Then stopped for dim sum. Also, a transport truck blew a stale red and would have smoked my whole family on our way home had I not noticed it coming and refrained from entering the intersection, so all in all, a good day.Does anyone have experience with the Ove Strom? My biggest concern is that parts may be hard to come by down the road. After all, this purchase breaks my deep commitment to low-tech purchases.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Would love if someone was able to chime in on the Ovē Strom. Will probably aim to put it in our (comically-small) ensuite.Ozzie_Isaac said:

lousubcap said:@pgprescott - totally agree. I got a rental car recently and I enjoy using the non adaptive CC on the Interstates. Turned on the CC and it was in the adaptive mode. I took the first exit. Fortunately (and unusual) the owner's manual was in the car. Turned off the adaptive part and moved on.
i like the adaptive, easy to override with the gas pedal, set it for a car length in good highway traffic, 2 car lengths in crash and go traffic. wish it worked side to side, an 18 wheeler tried to push me off a bridge today changing into my lane

I wish it had ****/draft setting. Sit about 3 feet off the car in front of you. Maybe even lower the airbags in the rear so it directs headlights directly into rear view mirror.fishlessman said:lousubcap said:@pgprescott - totally agree. These work great. Pro-Tip: when using a paper towel to clean the blade, be careful. The scraper is a giant razor blade and will slice quick and deep.SonVolt said:Price drop on a solid cast aluminum grill scraper. Just ordered one to scrape the gunk off the baffle plate of my reverse flow.
