I'm still enjoying the Cuban flavoured chips first surfaced here by @Canugghead I believe a year ago this past Spring. Seasonal late Spring/Summer availability here so I grab enough bags and with pacing make it to the next round. Even more chips bags than Rockwood in the inventory!

went to the wake of one of my uncles last night, french canadian, grew up in pawtucket rhode island. his best cook was pork toutierre but his favorite at cookouts was rhode island hot weinies/ gaggahs all the way (new york system chili, raw onion, mustard, and celery salt). will be chefing this weekend

BTW- Fracture mechanics comes into play with wood baseball bats and the properties of the species; particularly ash and maple.

I am well aware of the baseball bats problem. That is more difficult from a fundamental science perspective than you might guess. Natural materials tend to have a lot of variability.
