    No sir.  In more than 20 years at Duke, I have only been to the Duke Carolina game once.  Ironically it was in 2020, just before the pandemic got fully underway.  It was one of the last “normal” things I was able to do before the lockdown started.  Thankfully Duke won that one handily. 

    The prices for this one on Saturday have been crazy.  I saw where one pair of tickets were going for $80k.  For that much I hope the seats are close enough to Coach K that the holders can pat him on the back at the end of the game, if not go out to dinner with him afterward.

    We’ll be watching for sure.  Coach K’s last game in Cameron.  It’s going to be special.

    Pisses me off when people post misleading trash from the internet because the gullible eat it up and act on it.
    These are my actual photos.  Not trash I found online.  Timestamps were on my photos.  I also made no conclusions nor assumptions.
    Well, if it is, I apologize.  My experience, and I buy at Costco which has the cheapest gas in town, was a 3x difference between June 2020 and Feb 2022

    What pisses me off is these Liberal politicians who create these circumstances that lead to gas being 2x the cost of what it should be ... and being all greenie on us to warrant it ... yet, NOTHING is actually being done to help the environment ... so we pay double and keep the same old same old in terms of climate change.

    Gas prices are based on the global market.  Bitching about them is fun, but it inevitably gets political.  The only thing that's certain about them is how they will sink or buffalo a thread.

    Fair point, but no political point intended.  It is inflammatory though, because this hits everyone equally, and it is a sensitive topic.  I will refrain from further discussion.  Third rail as Frank likes to say.

    Carbon taxes and local state/federal taxes are not international. Plus, Biden tapping into cheaper Canadian oil sands ... all that could put a big dent in the price if reduced/optimized. But hey, who are we to talk. The Arabs and Russia calls the shots on the oil price nowadays.
