Thanks @caliking !! For the eggs it was the most difficult thing I’ve ever cooked but way worth the effort. Get ready. Scramble eggs, mix in parm and moz cheese, pour into egg molds then add cheddar on top, cover with foil and cook high pressure for 12 mins in the instant potcaliking said:

I hope these will last in the fridge for a couple of days. If they reheat well, these may go into the weekday breakfast rotation.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
Not as fancy as above, but I will occasionally cook up some bacon or sausage, whip up some eggs and put some of the mixture with cheese into muffin tins a bake until done. They freeze well for a quick breakfast.caliking said:

Ribs for new years. I didn't take many pics. I tossed a handful of apple chips on at the start.

What's incredible here is how much this looks nothing like the fried bologna sandwiches I had as a kid. I would absolutely crush that. Happy New Year buddy!texaswig said:Fried bologna sandwich.

Black eyed peas, cabbage, and pork. Our New Years tradition.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

So that would be a one year rotation.Ozzie_Isaac said:Black eyed peas, cabbage, and pork. Our New Years tradition.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -
Yes, it is on my annual rotation list, along with my Thanksgiving meal. Luckily, Frank did left the rules for rotation pretty loose.Legume said:

Rosemary roasted almonds turned out ok. I screwed up the Boston Cream Pie big time, I had friends stop in and I took a 4 hour break. When I got back to it the custard had not set up.

Not BGE- brisket on the OK Joe Bronco- temperature is temperature and time is time so in the end game it turned out great. But it needed a fuel (briquettes) reload around 2/3 (7.5 hrs) thru the cook. Only second run and first extended duration one-it did not last for even close to the advertised duration. Ambient temp 41*F.
Costco prime and quite tasty when all was said and done:

SWMBO made an oyster artichoke soup last night. Pint of oysters was 18 bucks....demand is up for oysters and that's a store price. If I bothered driving down to Empire I could buy a sack cheap but that's a good 2 hr round trip. (however they are some of the best oysters in the country when the salinity is up like it is now in the winter). We ate it all.______________________________________________I love lamp..
