What day even is it? I guess we’re near a weekend as there’s another bunch of matches coming at us, so you’ll need these forecasts to clean-up at the betting shop.
Covid is just one-nil up at the moment, Leicester v Norwich postponed.
Saturday
Arsenal v Man City, should be a belter with both teams in good order. Much as Arteta will want the win over his former master, the Gunners will come up just short. 1-2
Watford v Spurs, the wretched Hornets got humped by the Hammers so let’s hope for more of the same. Sir Harry of Kane likes to score against weak opposition therefore the auspices are good. 0-3
Palace v West Ham, unlikely to be attractive or exciting despite both teams’ approach to the season thus far. Too many games in recent weeks will have an impact plus Hammers shorn of defenders means they’ll park the bus to snuff out the Eagles attacking spark. 0-0
Sunday
Brentford v Aston Villa, tough to call with both resolutely buoyant in mid-table. 2-2
Everton v Brighton, the Toffees are a shambles and have not played much recently because of postponements. Maybe the break will help them? I fear not 0-1.
Leeds v Burnley, couldn’t be a more northern game than this war of the roses clash. The hosts have been found out and simply don’t have the playing resources necessary - which is a deliberate strategy by the club that looks naive now. The Clarets are in no form at all and trying their hardest to be in the bottom 3 as opposed to just above the dotted line. 2-1
Southampton v Newcastle, Herculean efforts require by Toon fans to travel the entire length of England on NYD to watch this. It’s the final game before the Mercenary All-Stars XI begin to arrive and try to save the seemingly drop-destined Newcastle. Hopefully an absolute farcical soap-opera in the next few months sees them relegated. Saints have the minerals for this 2-0.
Chelsea v Liverpool, Tommy T will not be thrilled by this fixture with talk of disharmony in the Blues ranks, injuries to key players and shabby performances. On the other hand Big Jurgy will be apoplectic about the Reds defeat to Leicester. Fire & brimstone assured as 3rd leap-frog 2nd with an away win. 2-3
Monday
Man Utd v Wolves, Ralf’s Old Trafford regime is turning a corner as the new-manager honeymoon subsides. Tales of adverse player reaction and uncertainty about next season’s manger grow, but results and performances are solid. Wolves are presently 8th thanks to a good run a few months back. Any of three results would be of no great surprise but Utd have goals in them. 1-0.
Happy New Year Egg-friends!

Earlier this afternoon I returned from a Xmas present gifted by my oldest son at the Bardstown Bourbon Company. It was a tasting of three bourbons, each directly from the barrel in one of their rickhouses. The proofs were all in the low 120's and across the wheated and two different rye forward mash bills. Great experience and fun. Solid products as well. Getting rolling with kicking 2021 to the curb and beyond.
Stay healthy and safe out there-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
spottting the first power lines along with getting some cell service driving back to civilization from the camp up north. These power lines feed a doppler radar, no houses for another 20 miles yet -
Planned to go to a friends New Years party, but decided to just stay home. Enjoying a charcuterie board with the wife and dogs.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Gag. They do seem to deserve it based off of the games today. I'm hoping for bama due to my proximity to Georgia.SGH said:Looks like it’s Bama/Georgia again 👍 -

I can’t realistically see any other team beating either one of them. Love them or hate them they are definitely a cut above every other team out there. So yeah, they both deserve to be there.Elijah said:

Either you love or hate the show but kind of sad to see Joe step away from the show Impractical Jokers.

I had a chance to meet him 8-10 years ago. Funny and a sincerely nice guy. I hope he can find happiness stepping away and spending time with his kids."The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Driving home from over a week with family in Ohio and driving into crummy weather west of Chicago. The last 350 miles of this trip are going to be slow and hope uneventful. Seen a enough cars in the ditch now that everyone is driving with much more caution.

Got two cedar planks soaking. I think that I will walk the dog before lighting the large. I didn’t take him last night due to all of the boom booms.

Been needing this for years. Finally broke down and started building a much needed stainless steel rectum/bowel cleaning station. If it works as good as I hope the next logical step is an anus cleaning station 👍
