Ooooh, so Stolen!MasterC said:Mini cheese stuffed smoked meatloaf and fried potatoes
I got one of those "chicken thigh" pans, but the thighs on utard chickens are too large to fit (kinda like the thighs on utard wo ) nope nope nope I didn't say that, I'm running for President in a couple years.
But, those mini-meatloaves, What a great idea! Could do six individual meals in one shot, different composition in each if I wanted, and freeze the other five for later; Yes!!
I'm assuming you used 1 lb of meat for six mini-loaves?“I'll have what she's having."

@nolaegghead: Nice looking sprouts. What’s on them, other than bacon fat?

Bacon, butter, little balsamic, some spices. Addictive. I ate the leftovers shortly after dinner.GrateEggspectations said:@nolaegghead: Nice looking sprouts. What’s on them, other than bacon fat?______________________________________________I love lamp.. -
I thought I spotted the balsamic, which is why I asked. Looks great.nolaegghead said:

Added the balsamic for the sugar and bit of tart. Sugar gives a nice crispy crust in the pan. Only thing I would do different is make a pan sauce after and pour over to finish. Bacon fat butter flour garlic lemon or such.______________________________________________I love lamp..
