Top is Friday’s swordfish with tomato, onion, caper sauce, steamed squash and butter beans. Bottom is last night’s lamb loin chops with mustard marinated kale with roasted chickpeas and caramelized onions.

Added the balsamic for the sugar and bit of tart. Sugar gives a nice crispy crust in the pan. Only thing I would do different is make a pan sauce after and pour over to finish. Bacon fat butter flour garlic lemon or such.______________________________________________I love lamp..
