I have the wood burning stove going in basement. I only fire it up when there is a good chance of losing power. With the storm coming, I threw some large apple splits in it knowing I was going to be outside for a bit getting ready for the imminent storm. I figured it may smell good. I was right. It smelled heavenly. Lasts pretty long too.

i watched the tape yesterday, way too methodical on how it was done. definitely someone he knows and someone thats been in the yard many times. right down to knowing where to aim the high beams on the uhaul to help blind out the camera. going to be loud for a while with straight pipes. too easy to do with the trucks sitting high and a battery sawzall

Chain type ratcheting pipe cutters are common too. Noise free and fast.

I started my hot pepper seeds a couple of hours ago: Aji Amarillo, Caribbean Hot Habanero, Jalapeño, and Chocolate Habanero. That ought to melt the ice.

@Botch We use BP charges to pressurize and separate the airframe on our amateur rockets. It’s far more reliable for us than Pyrodex or some CO2 devices - but we are amateurs.I was really surprised they used it in that application as well.Coleman, Texas

@botch @SciAggie there's a great show on explosives that I watched the other day. I'll look it up and let you know what it is (on my DVR), but I think it's Nova or something like it. I am certain it will be available free online to stream, if Botch can watch on his dial-up is another question (or did you just upgrade?).

I've had a 26 Mbps connection for many years now, slow but its the best I have available (besides direct satellite linkup, which is beyond my technical skillset).
It's fine for movies or streaming, for me (and actually have never streamed a full movie, I'm a book guy). It slowed terribly when @AnusMan posted 248 hi-rez photos of shaving foam, and 156 forum members replied without deleting anything. I still get grief from that, but it is what it is.
