High Time for another Forum Throwdown (in Support of a Good Cause)

A few of us got talking last Friday night again, and, well... you folks know how it goes. It seems some of the best ideas we have come about on Friday nights after the brown water has taken hold. We haven't had a throwdown in a while here, and it seems like this might be a good time to launch one again. The idea is to to continue to help try and raise $$$ for our fundraiser, so here's how it's going to work.
There is a group of us who have gathered as "donors" in support of this. Donors are going to contribute at least $1 for each cook posted to this thread. So far, the group of donors is me, @lousubcap, @dmchicago, @DMW, @nolaegghead, @hapster, @travisstrick, @The Cen-Tex Smoker, @Legume, @frazdaddy, and @henapple. @caliking has also signed up as a donor in a special way that I'll get to later. If you'd like to join the list of donors just say so in this thread. We're hoping to get at least 20 people to post cooks, so the commitment would be around $20 or so sent to OBR via our GoFundMe, here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/egghead-forum-friday-night-fundraiser
As for the throwdown itself, here's the rules. It's *wide open* in terms of what you want to cook - just show us your best stuff. It can be a main meal, appetizer, dessert, whatever you want! The only requirement is that you need to use the BGE for some portion of it. And you should post two pics - one pic of the cook in process on the BGE, and another showing the final result plated or a "money" shot if you prefer. The cooks should be ones done this week, not past ones. We'll accept submissions until midnight on Saturday the 3rd.
The winning cook is the one that gets the highest number of "likes". We'll count those up until noon on Sunday the 4th, to make sure that any late arrivals get proper billing. @caliking has generously agreed to donate an extra $100 to the fundraiser on behalf of the winner.
So.. go for it! And let's help raise a bit more money for a great cause! Finally, my apologies to whomever won the last throwdown, as I think the "rule" is that they get to start the next one. I trust the forum denizens will grant an exception in this case.

Great work @JohnInCarolina. More "donors" and lots of posted cooks needed. And you can be a donor and cooker as well just to increase the $$ and your personal commitment. @SGHTHANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -
Can one person post multiple cooks? If we do this right, @caliking with his upfront $100 donation will get off easy.

I am sure John would welcome you jumping in to donate per entry as well. I don’t think it’s a closed list.Ozzie_Isaac said:Can one person post multiple cooks? If we do this right, @caliking with his upfront $100 donation will get off easy.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -
Just to frame this another way - every cook posted to this thread will take at least another $1 out of my pocket. Consider this extra motivation for those of you that believe I’m ruining the forum."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

You are not lead-off til the money shot. I've got some beef back ribs in the queue looking to nail 'em well before MNF.

Edit: I have a true forum teaser cook planned for Wednesday (challenging physics-hope it works.) Would go on Tuesday but life is in the way. I'll participate in some form or fashion. Might post a cook this week. Might match the donation. Will likely do both.Wetumpka, Alabama
LBGE and MM -
I left work early to do this! Tonight's cook is a T-Bone and baby potatoes with onions.

The ingredients.
ManGrates on the bottom of the Eggspander. I let this get good and hot while the potatoes cook for 30 minutes. The steak will only take a minute or two thanks to the cast iron.
Time to pour one. Or two.
Potatoes are on. The onions go on after 20 or 25 minutes so they don't burn.
Once the potatoes and onions are done, I lift the grid and put the steak on the ManGrates!
Here's the money shot. Nothing special, but it is one of my favorite cooks.
Thanks!Clinton, Iowa -
Happy announce that @lkapigian is sweetening the pot here for the winner, and will be sending them a $100 Amazon gift card. So if you weren't motivated to kick some butt in this throwdown before, well... get on it!

$$ are $$ and this will be quite a cook post before the finish line. I plan on it.
Sorta screwed on Tuesday with other things but I can see a double header Weds and likely beyond. Gonna go with the quick hitter cooks. More $$ per time spent.

@frazzdaddy- I will admit to drinking adult beverages before, during and after this was decided upon. He!!, it was Friday night... That said, you can quick cook lots of groceries just to increase the final level of pain!
