Arguing with a client. They want a tech onsite tomorrow to help with some networking stuff. Wouldn't be me, but a co-worker. I asked for their essential business letter that they have prepared for our records.....They aren't considered essential, I know this..... It's a travel agencyNow they're really mad. They can suck it

We had a couple meals worth of tri tip leftover from the other night. Yesterday was quesadillas on the Blackstone. Which we ended up using the last of the tortillas. So we had to improvise a little tonight. We made jalapeño tri tip grill cheese sandwiches. Once you add meat is that still considered a grill cheese sandwich? Here's a few pics of not sure what to do with leftover tri tip.

Getting creative. Spaetzle, sauerkraut, chicken, chili garlic paste, and hot sauce.
Heated/sauted in butter...
Lunch for two from 1 egg, 1/2 cup flour and a few tablespoons of milk. Have lots of fermented sauerkraut...

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

So SWMBO went to Publix for our weekly trip while I worked from home watching our daughter (thank God for Disney+ btw), they have their Maple Bourbon Hams on sale for Easter. Asked to pick one up for the 3 of us as we’re probably just doing Easter at home this year and she came home with an 10.5 lber.Who’s got a good leftover ham recipe I can try the week after Easter?

Potato soup is great with some diced ham, too (as are breakfast omelettes).GATraveller said:

Hot ham and cheese sandwiches with barbecue sauce, mustard based by preference. Toast the bread and assemble the sandwich then nuke it about 20 seconds. I guess it could be done in a skillet ala grilled cheese.

Slept most of the day unfortunately. Pretty exhausted after the last round of shifts. Got up and started hand planning the high spots on my table...tomorrow I plan on cutting the mortises for the leg tenons, and then flip and smooth the bottom for level fit.

Hat's off to you Sir, for hand-planing a table-top (I should do the same, my workbench has about an 1/8" dip in the center).DuckDogDr said:Slept most of the day unfortunately. Assumed alcohol infused rants were the cause, but the history on your black RAM shows “confiscated in drug raid”, and sold at auction. Just sayin....

Well, it's a 2 wheel drive 6 cylinder, so I think you are a pretty lousy PI. Got the year right at least. And the country. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then.
