Meanwhile, back at the egg...I cooked two pork loins, with a friend, for a vestry party this evening. One was SPG and we put bourbon, honey glaze on when temp got to 135° IT. The other we rubbed with DP Pineapplehead. Pulled both at 145, FTC and served two hours later. They turned out pretty well!
