Had a couple Egger buddies and their wives over to celebrate their birthdays last night. Three-bone rib roast, Ray Lampe's Herbed up Ribeye recipe, pulled at 120°...350° indirect for abt two hours.

Polishing off the remnants of the 180 day dry aged A5 Wagyu packer brisket in the form of a cheesesteak. Made a few of these over the past few days. This one was the best. Sad to see it go, but man was it tasty.

Oddly, I seem to be getting fewer and fewer calls. When I stay home all day on my off-Friday, there are one to three calls throughout the day (I don't answer directly anymore).
