Maybe more of a gimmick than functionality but found my way into my cart for the price. It's main stay will be the Blackstone, but will also work with my BGE side tables, smoker, and table for comps.

I've obviously been to the shop I bought a bunch, since I've been renting for years....but I closed yesterday and today, for the first time as the owner, I stopped by with the mindset that it's mine. Makes you look at things differently. I inspected structural stuff, lighting, started working out what I need to improve and "terraform" to be ergonomic, functional, hedonistic and fun. Obviously I've blown my cash reserves buying the place, but I have a little left over to dump in it, then it's going to be a slow process.So I took some pictures. Part of he deal is that Henrik gets to use 1/3 of the shop for a year for free. I don't need all the space, no big deal. And there's another guy there that is finishing up a Falcon project.So I have some improvements I want to make, some sooner than others.1. Fix lighting2. Better door lock3. Cellular security alarm (purchased by Henrik, needs installation)4. Roll up door needs a motorized opener5. Central compressed air6. PA system for ultra-loud music7. lots of electrical8. Fence with gate in front9. Fix gate on side10. Install Ventilation fan to pump out hot air______________________________________________I love lamp..

Yeah, I agree, love the aircraft hanger vibe. Unfortunately, the space behind is the fleet reserve property. Note the parking bumper right in front of my back roll-up door. @nolaegghead I like your new space. We've seen many pics of the inside while you worked on different projects, but I never realized all the different separate areas that building contains. So many options and possibilities! I certainly know the feeling becoming the owner of something that you have used or have been around for years. Certainly a rekindled excitement! How far from home?
